Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Internet Brand is a small-batch apparel company. Every item is made, quality-checked, and shipped by us, in-house. Please allow 2 – 10 business days for order processing before shipment.

We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail and use FedEx for select continental U.S. addresses. Once your order is scanned and received by the carrier, the package is no longer under our control. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping provider, but we're not here to leave you in the dust. You're more our friend than they. 

QUALITY CONTROL & PRODUCT STANDARDS

Every garment undergoes a strict in-house quality control (QC) process before shipment. We guarantee that all products leave our facility in top-tier condition and meet our brand standards. Every garment is made by hand ensuring quality throughout. 

Our garment-dyed products are intentionally piece-dyed — this means natural color variation may occur between items. These variations are not defects but are inherent to the high-quality dyeing process used in elevated apparel manufacturing.

ALL SALES FINAL — CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after 24 hours of placing an order.

Due to the nature of our small-batch production and fulfillment, every order begins processing shortly after placement. We cannot afford to cancel or refund orders after the 24-hour grace period, as materials, labor, and operations are already in motion. This policy ensures we continue to pay our staff fair wages with full-time benefits while maintaining our commitment to quality.

DAMAGES OR ORDER ISSUES

If you receive an item you believe is damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form linked on our Contact page. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will evaluate each situation fairly and respond as quickly as possible.
